We can offer fixed roof pergolas by offering any of our pergola range without a motor so the roof louvres always stay in a fixed position but our most popular fixed roof solution is without question the Cocoon pergola from Winsol. This unique solution is essentially a top of the range garden room, an outdoor space that you can use twelve months a year thanks to its fixed wooden roof.

The contemporary structure feels warm and homely thanks the insulated wooden roof that connects seamlessly with the aluminium pergola structure. The fixed roof is a European softwood that has been put through a special heat treatment process to enhance its properties and durability.
The wood tones are available in three finishes, natural, grey and black and with suspension points, which allow you to hang decorative light fixtures. The wooden ceiling is completely windproof and waterproof thanks to the unique design and the insulating panel which sits on top. The cocoon comes with two fixed insulating walls, again made from real wood which ensures that the warm air stays inside the structure to offer complete protection from the cold air outside.

The remaining two side enclosures can be made up of a variety of products but because the cocoon is so well insulated it is the perfect pergola to combine with our Express doors and windows to create a stunning garden room. Not only can your new garden room be used all year around it can be enjoyed late into the evening because you can choose from many different types of built-in LED lighting, such as dimmed white light, light in all colours of the rainbow or a romantic starry sky and spotlights.
